Dr. Pranita Mainali is a psychiatrist who provides medication management and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at Case Western Reserve University/MetroHealth Medical Center and her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

Dr. Mainali works with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, difficulties with emotional regulation, and life transitions. Her approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing her to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals. She combines evidence-based psychiatric care with a thoughtful understanding of the personal experiences, relationships, and cultural influences that shape emotional well-being.

With a multicultural background and experience caring for diverse patient populations, Dr. Mainali is committed to providing culturally responsive, collaborative, and compassionate care.
