Dr. Mei-Tal is a clinical psychologist who works with adult clients in individual and in couple’s therapy. She received her B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, and her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She completed her internship at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center and is board-certified in Clinical Psychology. She has a particular interest in Relational Gestalt therapy and has post-doctoral training in this approach.
Dr. Mei-Tal works with clients aged 21-90 with a broad range of issues, including life transitions and adjustments, relationship issues, anxiety disorders, PTSD and other sequelae of trauma. At the center of her approach is a collaborative relationship with clients and the desire to support their development by encouraging self-understanding, skills development, and self-compassion.
